  SOLD  Guild G75 acoustic 

A 3/4 size Dreadnought style steel string acoustic Guitar, probably not too commonly found anymore and pretty rare. Age probably mid 70-ies, USA made, serial 125102. Three-quarter size version of the D-50. Same dreadnought shape and 5" depth, but smaller body width and body length for those who feel more comfortable playing a guitar of this smaller size. Same fine 20-fret fingerboard, with full 25 5/8" scale, as on the D-50. Model Name: G75. - DETAILS: Body Style: Dreadnought, Width at nut:1 11/16", No. of Frets: 20, Depth: 5", Width: 15", Scale Length: 25 5/8", Top Solid Spruce, Back: Rosewood, Sides: rosewood, Bridge: Ebony, Neck: Mahogany, Fretboard: Ebony, This particular guitar, serial 125102, has been featured and pictured for Hans Moust's "The Guild Guitar Book", it shows signs of use as it has been played since it's a good instrument, great for fingerpicking too. The sound is best described as slightly woody and quite loud. This guitar has had a quite expensive and recent neck-reset job done, with complete removal of, and remodelling of, the neck heel A new handmade ebony bridge similar to it's original one has been fitted, the old one not present. Frets are ok as in not worn and good for a while to come.

Candy Apple Red, near mint condition, customized by Peer Dellen, with EMG pickups and Kahler tremolo. New frets, some belt-buckle scratches at the back. Very good guitar. Serial E696350. Inclusive Fender Hardshell case and VAT invoice.
